Your responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR intern to join our team.
Imagine a workplace where we champion boldness, drive impactful outcomes, unite in collaboration, and empower every individual to lead with confidence.
Following our recent merger, we’ve defined our values and strategy and are ready to optimize and reshape our HR employee lifecycle.
Together with the HR manager, you will decide which project(s) you would like to manage from start to finish. You will analyze the current situation and develop and implement a plan to improve it (think processes, tools, ...). Your projects may include:
Onboarding of new employees
Performance management
DEI policy
Learning and development: setting up our Made academy
Employer branding

Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study.
Initiative: Proactive and capable of working independently.
Curiosity: Eager to learn and explore new concepts.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
-Language Skills: Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Never not learning
You’ll continuously learn new things and upgrade your expertise through Knowledge Sharing Sessions and Meetups.
